What is your warranty period?
Normally we guarantee one year. During the warranty period, we shall repair the damaged part due to quality problems.

What is your delivery time?
20 to 30 days. According to the orders quantity.

What is your payment term?
The payment terms is 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading.

Can I visit your factory?
Yes, our factory located in Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, two hours drive from Guangzhou Airport.

What kind of material of hardware do you made from?
Most of our products are made from qualified brass, but some clients ask for copper-zinc or stainless material also ok.

Please let us know you application, rough budget, and certification requirement for your project, our team could offer you the appropriate and qualified products.

Can I have a sample from your factory?
The sample charge is required, but we will refund after we confirmed the order. Courier freight will be at buyer’s account.
